Avoid cigarette smoke

Cigarette smoke can irritate  reduce our health make sure. because cigarette smoke is very dangerous, we can't left that cigarette smoke to around children. Many dangerous particles in cigarette smoke, and it's can trouble a ton of illness. You can reduce or eliminate exposure to secondhand smoke in a simple way as quoted from Mayoclinic, Monday (01/08/2011), among others:

1. Do not allow smoking in your home If family members or guests want to smoke, ask them to smoke outside the home. Do not rely on air conditioning, ventilation or open windows to clear the air of cigarette smoke completely.
2. Do not allow smoking in your car If anyone should smoke while traveling, then stop at a rest (rest area) to smoke outside the car.
3. Make your workspace as a "No Smoking Area" Even the fan or even good ventilation can not effectively remove smoke from the air.
4. If you have to go to public places, then choose the "No Smoking Area"
5. Keep your distance with a smoker if forced to have one room in a public place If you have to share space with people who are smoking, sit as far away from them.
6. Offer support to stop smoking If you have a spouse, family members and close relatives who smoke, then offer support and encouragement for them to stop smoking. If the spouse, family members and close relatives do not smoke, then at least every day we do not have to tolerate cigarette smoke.
